Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy
The company provides all services strictly on a prepayment basis. In addition, the company offers courses and services that are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Further, if your account is canceled by the company due to a violation of this agreement or the attached Acceptable Use and Behaviour Policy. In that case, all payments will become absolutely non-refundable.
LanguageNext LLP reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel prices on all products, services, and courses without prior notice or consent.
You understand and agree that once the company sends the course content or digital material, it cannot be returned or refunded, or canceled under any circumstances.
All sales are final once your content is sent or enrollment is completed. The courses and services provided by the company are only to be used by You and not for other purposes, such as transfer, reassignment, sale and/or promotion, and/or sharing, including but not limited to the use of the company’s services by Your affiliates.
