No Refund After the First Class
Once you attend your first class at LanguageNext, we do not offer refunds for any reason. This policy applies to all languages, levels, course types, and both offline and online classes.
Why do we have this policy? We put a lot of effort into preparing materials, selecting the right teachers, scheduling classes, and reserving your spot after registration.
In your first class, we offer downloadable audio lessons. Once we provide you with login details or materials, you cannot return them. They are considered final.
If you’re uncertain about the course or format, please talk to us before you enroll. Our team is happy to answer any questions. You can also take a free demo class to get an overall idea. We strongly recommend attending a demo before enrolling to help you make a confident decision.
Cancellation Before the Batch Starts
If you cancel your enrollment before your batch begins, you get a full refund of the course fee. We deduct only the non-refundable registration, administration, and payment gateway fees if applicable.
Batch Transfer and Change Policy
If your schedule changes and you can’t attend your current classes, you can request a one-time transfer to a different time or session before your second class starts.
Subject to seat and schedule availability in the new batch, we will make the change at no additional fee.
Please note that you cannot transfer the enrollments to another person. You can only transfer to another class, batch, timing or language course for yourself.
Course Cancelled by LanguageNext
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a batch due to low enrollment, faculty unavailability, or technical issues. If we do, then:
- We will inform you in advance
- You may choose another available batch or course at no extra cost
- Or request a full refund of the course fee, including the registration fee
We value your time and commitment. If we cause the disruption, you get a full refund.
Missed Classes
There can be problems on the student’s side (e.g., health, relocation, poor internet connection, or device issues).
We understand those issues, but our policy applies equally to all students. You will not receive a refund after you take your first class.
Candidates are solely responsible for attending scheduled sessions. We can reschedule or arrange extra sessions to make up for missed classes, subject to availability.
What Is Not Refundable
The following are non-refundable in all cases:
- Registration/administration/Payment gateway charges
- Course fees after attending the first class
- Study material once provided
- Once we shared downloadable Audio lessons
- Certification Fees
- Any promotional or discounted program fee paid under a special offer
How to Request a Refund
You can request the refund in writing. Here is how:
- WhatsApp, call, or email us with your full name, course name, batch date, and reason for cancellation.
- Include your payment receipt or transaction ID.
- Our team will respond shortly with the outcome. We will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days.
