Total Batches for DELF test

The DELF A1 exam preparation course is built for one clear goal. It turns new French learners into confident A1 exam-passers. Each program hour follows the DELF A1 test format issued by France Éducation International. It covers the exact speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills the exam tests.
If your purpose is to build a strong foundation, learn A1 French level, and earn your first official certification, i.e., the CEFR-based DELF A1, we offer a reliable and professional way to get there.
Founded by Mr. Vikash Gupta, LanguageNext has been teaching French for over a decade. We have developed an effective, engaging, practical syllabus and have trained over 2400 students and working professionals, from complete beginners to advanced instruction in DELF A1 to B2 & TEF/TCF Canada.
DELF A1 Exam Overview
The DELF A1 exam is the first official French certification level for complete beginners. It tests whether you can understand and use simple French in everyday situations.
What the A1 test covers:
- Listening: Short messages, simple dialogues, and announcements (around 20 minutes)
- Reading: Basic signs, forms, and short texts (around 30 minutes)
- Writing: Simple form-filling and a short message (around 30 minutes)
- Speaking: A guided conversation on familiar topics (around 5–7 minutes)
Exam format at a glance
- Total score: 100 points, with 25 points per skill
- Passing score: 50 out of 100, with at least 5 out of 25 on each skill
- Total written time: about 1 hour 20 minutes
- Certificate validity: lifetime, with no renewal required
Our DELF A1 classes are built entirely around this exam format, so every class brings you one step closer to your certificate.
Why choose us to prepare for DELF A1?
There are many places where you can study basic French. But not everyone offers a true A1 DELF preparation course. Many classes are broad and unstructured. They may help you learn generic French, but they often do not give you an easy path toward the official A1 diploma.
LanguageNext takes a different approach. We are a dedicated, one of the best DELF-focused French institutes in Noida, not a regular language school that offers DELF as a side product. We have developed our DELF A1 coaching for learners who want:
- A recognized and trusted French language training brand
- A course adheres to the actual DELF A1 syllabus and objectives
- Our level 1 (French for Beginners) covers the full DELF A1 level
- Clear, easy beginner-friendly French teaching
- Practice all four sections
- Real exam practice through DELF A1 mock tests
- Easy-to-follow custom study materials to study and pass DELF A1
- Regular feedback from trainers
- A smooth path toward future levels like A2, B1, and B2
From verbal conversations to in-depth grammar, we prepare students with clarity and confidence. We stand out for how we design and deliver our programs. Key advantages:
Our Specialization is DELF
Our A1 lessons is for the DELF examination paper, not a general beginner’s French course with exam references. Our expert French teachers know how to work with new French learners in a patient and practical way.
Small batches & Real attention
With 4 to 6 students per batch, your trainer knows your weak spots. You get personalized attention and more time to practice the A1 syllabus and improve your skills. In a 15-plus-student classroom, that kind of engagement is difficult to achieve.
15+ years of Direct DELF coaching
The lead French trainer brings over 15 years of DELF-specific instruction and direct experience working with more than 1,000 students at various DELF levels. The quality and expertise of the French-language training background matter most.
Flexible learning Modes & formats
You can choose from offline DELF A1 French courses in Noida, online in India, or anywhere, and hybrid modes (a mix of in-person and online). Weekday, weekend, extensive, and intensive, all under one brand. You don’t have to pick between quality and comfort.
Transparent & Steady progression
Once you finish our A1 level sessions, you will already know where A2 starts. You move from Zero to A1, then to A2, then to B1, and finally to B2, without changing the French language training center, course structure, teacher, or learning method.
All Study Materials are included in the course
Every DELF A1 student gets free study materials, notes, grammar sheets, vocabulary lists, and practice exercises. You’ll also have access to audio lessons for listening and speaking, and assignments for home use. Our goal is to support you fully.

How does LanguageNext prepare for all four DELF A1 skills?
LanguageNext readies you for all four DELF A1 skills by teaching each one with the actual question types the A1 exam paper uses. Every class combines vocabulary, grammar, and an exam-style task, so students build language and exam technique together from week one. Here’s how we split focus across the four French proficiency test levels.
Listening (compréhension de l’oral)
Listening is one of the first challenges most beginners face. We train students with guided audio work and simple, repetitive listening tasks so they can improve naturally and steadily.
The DELF A1 listening paper uses short messages, announcements, and simple dialogues at natural speed. We train your ear from day one with clear French audio, then slowly raise the speed. You will recognize words, phrases, sentences, and instructions without hesitation.
Reading (compréhension des écrits)
We use practical texts that match the exam’s level and style. Students learn how to understand the meaning of short written content without feeling overwhelmed.
The DELF A1 reading section uses brief texts like emails, notes, paragraphs, signs, and schedules. We drill you on studying new terms, context, and sentence formation, which is essential to score at this level. That strategy alone prevents most avoidable mistakes at the A1 level.
Writing (production écrite)
DELF A1 writing preparation is simple, but you still need to know how to answer correctly. We teach how to write & what to expect without overcomplicating.
You’ll practice filling out forms, writing personal messages, and answering emails or questions.
We cover key grammar topics: verbs, tenses, nouns, articles, prepositions, adjectives, etc. We use a correction loop: you write, we correct, you rewrite. That third step is where the French learning locks in.
Speaking (production orale)
Many learners feel nervous about speaking French. That is why our course teaches you phonetics, pronunciation, accent, and oral practice from the start. When you face the speaking exam, you feel much more comfortable.
The DELF A1 speaking section has an interview, a flashcard, an information exchange, and a short role-play. We rehearse everything, with a trainer playing the test-taker, so the exam day feels like a usual conversation.
What results can students expect after the DELF A1 course?
After the DELF A1 course, students can understand, read, write, speak, and improve their listening skills on a range of typical topics. You can pass the official A1 exam with conviction.
By the end of the A1 course, students will have the ability to:
- Introduce themselves, family, personal life, and work
- Ask and answer simple questions about everyday life
- Over 400 words and phrases for day-to-day topics
- Over 23 grammar topics, including various types of verbs, tenses, nouns, adjectives, prepositions, etc.
- Read short notes, instructions, notices, messages, emails, and public signs
- Write personal messages of around 40 to 60 words
- Understand listening through slow, clear speech on familiar topics
- Speaking in basic day-to-day situations
- Hold a lifelong DELF A1 diploma issued by the French Ministry of Education
The A1 diploma is the foundation for the DELF A2 at LanguageNext. This is where the language starts to open real doors to jobs, further study, and travel.
